The Garden Hotel, one of the largest hotels in Guangzhou, has a swimming pool and children's wading pool, table tennis, and a health center comprising a fitness room and sauna and steam room. A reference library offers international business periodicals, newspapers, and directories. Conference/function room(s): At 1,114 square meters (12,000 square feet), the Garden Hotel's Convention Hall is one of Asia's largest column-free venues and has a stage at one end. It holds 1,500 people at receptions (or 850 seated) with a choice of three floor plans. The space can be divided into three, and features large chandeliers and state-of-the-art lighting, as well as an adjacent VIP lounge.
The hotel also has ten versatile meeting rooms catering for 16 to 450 people and ranging in size from 53–240 square meters (570–2,580 square feet). The pavilion in the garden provides a venue for private parties and small business functions in a garden setting.
Available equipment includes whiteboards, slide and LCD projectors, laser pointers, multi-system TVs and VHS recorders, portable CD players, faxes, video conference equipment, eight-language translation system, multimedia projectors, and tie-clip microphones.

The Garden Hotel Guangzhou has 1,003 guestrooms on 30 floors. Guestrooms, all with city views, are decorated in muted golds and browns, with wood, glass, and marble accents. Extra-wide beds are topped with comforters and a selection of pillow choices on request, including goose feather, buckwheat, and foam latex.
